A Wyoming bill, HB 232, that proposed to alter the insurance code definition of a “service contract” to include windshield replacement failed during the 2021 Legislative Session. In Wyoming an automotive service contract includes the repair of windshield chips or cracks but the law expressly excludes windshield replacement from the repair contract.
