Utah House Bill Aims to Amend Tinted Window Law

A bill introduced in the Utah House aims to amend the state’s tinted window law to reduce the light transmittance allowed for a front side window from not less than 43% to  not less than 25%.  The bill, H 170, maintains the percentage of light transmittance for front windshields allowed under Utah Law at not less than 70%.  Utah has a brief legislation session scheduled to conclude on March 12.
