Auto Glass Reform Bill Introduced in Kentucky

A bill that would dramatically change the auto glass industry in Kentucky, similar to legislation passed in Florida in 2023, has been introduced for consideration during the 2024 legislative session there. The bill, introduced by Senator Brandon Storm, would end Assignment of Benefits in auto glass repair and replacement jobs
