An auto glass insurance anti-steering bill has been introduced in the South Carolina House. Bill H 4049 seeks to prohibit insurance appraisers and companies from requiring their insureds to use certain facilities to repair or replace damaged automobile safety glass. Under the bill insurance companies may not require the insured to use
