Mississippi Auto Insurance Bill Defeated

Mississippi legislation that could have limited the amount that insurers would be required to pay for auto glass repairs and replacements was defeated in committee for the second straight year. The bill was defeated in the Senate Insurance Committee on February 4. Senator Robin Robinson’s SB 2411 would have limited the amount
