Randall Whitby of Jack Morris Auto Glass in Memphis, Tenn., recently renewed his Auto Glass Safety Council™’s (AGSC) Master Auto Glass Technician certification.
Whitby has 31 years’ experience in the industry. “I was working at Goodyear in Union City [Tenn.] and had concerns about lay-offs when my younger brother, Jeff, talked me into joining [his] company in the Nashville area.”
He said he pursued his Master certification because he wanted the honor that goes along with it. In his spare time, Whitby enjoys spending time with his new grandbaby. “I also enjoy golf, hunting and fishing,” he says.
