Matt Anderson
Matt Anderson of Novus Auto Glass in Spokane, Wash., recently passed the Auto Glass Safety Council™’s (AGSC) Master Auto Glass Technician certification exam.
Anderson has been in the auto glass industry since 1997.
“I started working for a Novus franchise in Silverdale, Wash., in customer service and rock chip repair,” he says. “I then took on replacement and shop management. I then purchased my franchise in 2000 in Spokane.”
Anderson says he chose to pursue his Master certification for a number of reasons.
“I chose to get my Master certification in order to show my customers and the companies that I market to my dedication to the quality and safety of the work we do in our shops,” he says. “The AGSC Master certification is not only a way to demonstrate my knowledge, but it also shows our customers the level of professionalism our customers can expect at Novus.”
