Josh Struckman
Josh Struckman of Novus Glass Sheridan in Sheridan, Wyo., recently earned his Master Auto Glass Technician certification with the Auto Glass Safety Council™ (AGSC).
Struckman has been in the industry for ten years since he joined Novus Glass Sheridan. “My wife knew the owner of Novus Glass here in Sheridan and she introduced us,” he recalls. “Later he asked if I was interested in a job working at the shop and I said yes. I started working here in 2009 and wanted to learn as much as I could about the business and industry.”
Struckman says pursuing his Master certification “was just a natural progression after becoming a certified auto glass technician.”
He adds, “It is a great asset in marketing and advertising for our business. We live in a small town and it allows us to be able to show our customers that even though we are a small shop in a small town, we take great pride at striving to be the best in the business with expert knowledge.”
Struckman has been married for 11 years and has two young daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys working on cars and “miserably failing at trying to get [his] daughters to be daddy’s shop helpers in [his] garage.”
