Hawaii Window Shading Bill Introduced

A Hawaii Senate bill would repeal a requirement that side and rear auto windows have no less than 35% light transmittance and expand an exemption from sun screening regulation of side and rear windows to personal vehicles provided that the vehicle has rear-view mirrors on both sides.
