A bill is under review in Florida that aims to “prohibit motor vehicle repair shops and employees from offering anything of value to customers in exchange for making insurance claims for motor vehicle glass replacement and repair, including offers made through certain persons.”
The bill, HB 323, was introduced on January 17.
