Colorado House Considers Window Film Bill

The Colorado House of Representatives is considering a bill that would “require motor vehicles registered outside Colorado but operated in Colorado to transmit at least 20 percent of light through windows other than the windshield.”

The bill, HB 1067, was introduced on January 10 and referred to the House Transportation and Local Government Committee.
