The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) on November 3 issued a recall notice for seven 2024 Mercedes GLC 300 vehicles in the U.S. due to the chance of front, rear, and fixed sidelites coming loose.

Usage is permitted only while a company's membership is in good standing with AGSC.
Logo must be used as is when identified in advertising. It should not be commercialized. Use of the logo in any advertisements should be approved by AGSC prior to usage. (Email Kathy Bimber at kbimber@agsc.org prior to usage.)
When used on websites, logo shoul link to the AGSC website at www.agsc.org.
Logo may not be reproduced on or in connection with any materials or product without the prior express written consent of the AGSC.
Logo may not be used on any material in poor taste.
The AGSC can assist you in evaluating your proposed logo usage prior to use.

As a condition of membership, I agree to follow the guidelines listed above on the usage of the AGSC Associate Member logo.

I do not agree with the guidelines listed above and decline usage of the logos.
