Cameron Falk and Trent Deemer founded Columbus, Ohio-based Fusion Auto Glass with one goal in mind: to do the best work and provide the best customer service possible. That’s why they decided to become an AGSC-registered member company.
The two friends-turned-business-partners started out working at a large, national glass company. Though they both received commendations for the quality of their work, Falk and Deemer say they grew tired of hearing customer complaints and feeling as though they couldn’t do anything about it.

“There’s a lot of auto glass work out there that isn’t good,” Falk says. “We wanted to be different.”
Falk and Deemer pursued AGSC membership as soon as possible, believing it would help them stand apart from other shops in the area.
“We want to emphasize safety,” says Deemer. “We want to treat them how we’d want to be treated.”
That’s why the Automotive Glass Replacement Safety Standard™ (AGRSS) is so important, he says. It allows him and Falk to be sure they’re doing everything they can to keep customers safe.
Falk and Deemer also always use car covers to prevent damage to their customers’ vehicles.“I’ve seen videos of what happens to cars that get into wrecks without a properly adhered windshield,” says Deemer. “I couldn’t live with myself if that happened to a customer of ours.”
Falk says they’ve also prioritized good marketing to help stand out from competitors. When Falk had to take an unplanned break from physical labor after a motorcycle accident, he used that time to create a user-friendly, appealing website and Google advertising.
“As far as I know, we’re the only small, independent shop in the area that has branded uniforms and car covers,” Falk says.
Their AGSC membership prominently appears on Fusion’s website, and Falk and Deemer look forward to wearing their certified technician badges as well.
“We would have educated our customers about the importance of proper auto glass installation to maintain safety anyway,” Falk says. “Now, we have AGSC to back us up.”
