Freedom Auto Glass Solutions is a proud veteran-owned and operated auto glass shop in El Mirage, Arizona. The business is also one of the Auto Glass Safety Council’s (AGSC) newest members.
Navy veteran Skylar Lempinen founded Freedom Auto Glass Solutions on October 22, 2024. The company originally performed fleet work for Amazon vehicles across Arizona on an exclusive basis. Now, it also takes on individual customers.

“The Automotive Glass Replacement Safety Standard™ (AGRSS) allows Freedom Auto Glass Solutions to build trust with customers, insurance partners and fleet clients,” she says. “We can show them that we follow a nationally recognized Standard, in addition to our own commitment to delivering safe, high-quality and reliable auto glass service on every vehicle.”
Freedom Auto Glass Solutions employs 10 people: five technicians, an operations manager, a client relationship/business development manager, an administrator, a general manager and the owner.
