AGSC to Hold Training Session at Auto Glass Week™

September 26, 2017

Thirteen technicians were certified by the AGSC during a course in Stafford, Va., in December 2016.

The Auto Glass Safety Council™ (AGSC) will hold a technician training accreditation program in West Palm Beach, Fla., in October.

The course will be held on Friday, October 6, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The exam will follow at 2 p.m. that day.

The training program and certification test are free for technicians who currently work for an AGSC Registered Member Company. For technicians who do not work for an AGSC Registered Member Company, the training program is free and the cost to take the certification test is $49. The course will be led by Bob Beranek, chair of the AGSC AGRSS™ Standards Committee and president of Auto Glass University.

“We hope many Auto Glass Week attendees from all over the country take advantage of this training opportunity,” says Beranek.
