The Auto Glass Safety Council™ (AGSC) will offer an Insurers’ Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Forum on Tuesday afternoon, October 3, just before Auto Glass Week™ gets underway in West Palm Beach, Fla. The forum will be held at the Hilton West Palm Beach.
This will be the second year the AGSC has held a CEU course for insurers. This year, the AGSC will provide lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and the class will follow from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Insurance company agents and representatives, as well as AGSC members, can attend free of charge.
“We urge you to invite your insurance partners to join you at this seminar,” says AGSC vice president David Rohlfing. “It’s a great educational opportunity.”
Industry veteran Joel Timmons of Profitable Glass Solutions will lead the course. During the session, Timmons will teach agents and insurance company representatives about the AGSC, the AGRSS™ Standard, AGSC Registered Member Companies, and how they work to ensure the safety of policyholders. Upon completion the course will provide three CE units to insurance agents.
We encourage our members to invite agents to the course, and submit the names and contact information of those they would like to invite to the AGSC, so that we may contact them if you wish. Our members are also invited to attend, and certified techs will earn three continuing education credits for their participation.
