WV Legislature Reviews Bill Related to Inspections and Windshield Damage

A bill has been filed in the West Virginia House of Delegates that “relates to inspection of vehicles and provides that defects in windshields and windows that do not obscure vision are not unsafe conditions.”

The bill was introduced on January 10 by Del. Jill Upson and referred to the House Committee on Roads and Transportation.
