Virginia Senate Considers Window Film Exemption for Security Vehicles with Canine Handlers

A bill is under review in the Virginia legislature that aims to “exempt vehicles operated in the performance of private security duties by a licensed security canine handler from limitations on window tinting.”

The bill, SB 1174, was prefiled in the Virginia Senate on January 3 and referred to the Senate Committee on Transportation.
