Virginia Governor Signs Window Film Bill

The Virginia governor recently signed a window film bill into law.

The bill, S 1174, “exempts vehicles operated in the performance of private security duties by a licensed security canine handler from limitations on window tinting.”

The bill was introduced on January 3. It has now passed both the Virginia Senate and House. It was sent to the Virginia governor on February 28 and approved by the governor on March 19.
