Virginia Bill Addressing Window Film Sent to Governor

A Virginia Senate bill that aims to “exempt vehicles operated in the performance of private security duties by a licensed security canine handler from limitations on window tinting” has been sent to the governor for his signature.

The bill, S 1174, was introduced on January 3. It has now passed both the Virginia Senate and House. It was sent to the Virginia governor on February 28.
