Utah Bill Seeks to Reduce Required Light Transmittance of Tinted Vehicle Windows

The Utah Senate currently is reviewing a bill that “revises the allowable window tint on mot or vehicle windows … and reduces the required light transmittance of tinted windows on motor vehicles to 35 percent.”

The bill, SB 102, was introduced to the Utah Senate on January 22 and referred to the Senate Business and Labor Committee.
