Mazda has issued a recall for 22,571 of its 2019 Mazda3 sedans and hatchbacks because the glass in the rearview mirrors could suddenly fall off. That would reduce visibility, and the glass could strike or startle the driver, which could cause an injury or a crash, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
