Porsche Settles in ‘Windshield Glare’ Lawsuit

Automaker Porsche has reached a settlement for an undisclosed sum with plaintiffs in a case that accused the company of a “windshield glare” defect in some of its vehicles.

Auto Glass Safety Council Guidelines for Usage of Associate Member Logo

Usage is permitted only while a company's membership is in good standing with AGSC.

When used on websites, logo shoul link to the AGSC website at www.agsc.org.
Logo may not be reproduced on or in connection with any materials or product without the prior express written consent of the AGSC.
Logo may not be used on any material in poor taste.
The AGSC can assist you in evaluating your proposed logo usage prior to use.

As a condition of membership, I agree to follow the guidelines listed above on the usage of the AGSC Associate Member logo.

I do not agree with the guidelines listed above and decline usage of the logos.
