What Can the AGSC Do for Me?
“The question I am most often asked when a company is considering becoming an Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC) Registered Member Company is ‘What can you do for me?’ An association is defined as a group of people organized for a joint purpose. It is an organized body of people who have an interest, activity or purpose in common. The Auto Glass Safety Council is an association. It was founded and is supported by companies in the auto glass replacement industry that keep safe installation as their primary goal.” –Kathy Bimber

Lessons Learned
“It was to be a very lazy Saturday morning, just a month ago now. At least that’s how I thought it would go. Except that it didn’t. The week ending was a busy one, as it included the Glass Expo West™ show in Irvine, Calif., which had been exhilarating and exhausting at the same time. But it was Saturday now—the show over—and I could sleep in a bit in my big, fluffy, hotel bed. Then the phone rang. At least I thought it might have, because I heard it while in that semi-conscious state that bops back and forth between asleep and awake.” –Debra Levy

AGSC Tackles ADAS and Standards
“I just got back from Glass Expo West™ in Irvine, Calif., where the Auto Glass Safety Council™ (AGSC) held its spring board and committee meetings. Every spring and fall the AGSC board and committees meet to discuss the AGRSS™ Standard, which they are responsible for maintaining, as well as other pressing issues that affect the industry. I am proud to be a board member, chairman of the AGSC Standards Committee and a member of the Education Committee, so it was a busy week.” –Bob Beranek
