AGSC Offers Winter-Weather Advisories
for Registered Members' Use

The Auto Glass Safety Council™ (AGSC) offers two winter weather advisories for its members' use. One details precautions consumers should take when removing ice and snow from their windshields and the other basic care for your windshield during the winter months. Both press releases are available on the “Members Only” portion of the AGSC website.

The advisories are available for AGSC Registered Members to download, customize with their company information, and send to their local press.

To download the winter-weather advisory templates, representatives of Registered Member Companies should visit and then click “Promote Your Membership” under “Member Resources.”

“We are always looking for ways to help our Registered Member Companies market locally,” says Debra Levy, president of the AGSC. “We think these winter-weather advisories, along with the other tools available on the 'Members Only' portion of the website, provide a great avenue for our members to reach potential customers in their local markets.”

The Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the safe replacement of auto glass. The AGSC was founded and is supported by companies in the auto glass replacement industry that keep safe installation as their primary goal and is an accredited American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards development organization. It has developed North America's only auto glass replacement standard, the AGRSS™ Standard (ANSI/AGSC/AGRSS™ Standard 003-2015), which addresses procedures, education and product performance.
