New York Senate Bill Seeks to Exempt Ambulances from Window Film Prohibitions

A bill is under review in the New York Senate that aims to “provide an exemption to the prohibition on tinted windows in automobiles for emergency ambulance service vehicles.”

The bill, SB 3446, was introduced on February 7 and referred to the Senate Transportation Commitee.
