New Jersey Committee Passes Service Contract Bill

The New Jersey Consumer Affairs Committee has passed legislation that expands the definition of a service contract to include windshield cracks or chips for leased motor vehicles has been introduced in the New Jersey legislature. The A 2669 bill adds leased motor vehicle wear and use protection to the definition of “motor vehicle ancillary production product”.
