New Hampshire ADAS Legislation Dies in Committee

A New Hampshire legislative proposal, HB 310, that sought to address Automatic Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) ended abruptly this year when the bill failed in the House Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee on March 9 after an identical bill passed that committee and the full House in 2020.
