A Mississippi bill that addresses vehicle service contracts has been sent to the state’s governor for signature.
The bill, H 925, “revises the definition of vehicle service contracts and provides [a] definition of road hazard for the laws that regulate vehicle service contracts in the state of Mississippi.”
The bill was introduced on January 21 and referred to the House Insurance Committee. It passed the House on January 30 and was sent to the Senate, where it was passed on March 12. It was sent to the governor on March 15.
