Mississippi Considers Bill to Amend State’s Window Film Law

The Mississippi House of Representatives is reviewing a bill that aims to amend the state’s law “to delete exclusivity of enforcement by certain law enforcement and delete the population threshold on which municipal law enforcement officers shall enforce the violations of motor vehicle window tint laws; and for related purposes.”

The bill, HB 826, was introduced on January 21 and referred to the Transportation Committee.
