Mississippi Window Film Bill Passes House

The Mississippi House has passed a bill that aims “to revise the laws regarding window tint to remove the medical exemption.”

The bill, HB 1535, was introduced on January 21 and referred to the House Transportation Commitee. The committee adopted a substitute version of the bill on February 6 and it was tabled “subject to call.” The House voted to pass the amended version of the bill on February 13 and it is now under the review of the Senate.
