Michigan Window Film Bill Vetoed

The governor of Michigan has vetoed a bill that aimed to “remove prohibitions on window tinting and objects that obstruct a driver’s vision.”

The bill, HB 5634, was introduced by Rep. Julie Alexander and was referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. After passing the House and Senate, it was presented to the Michigan governor on December 28 and vetoed on December 31.
