Matthew Banks of Jack Morris Auto Glass in Memphis, Tenn., recently passed the Auto Glass Safety Council™’s (AGSC) Master Auto Glass Technician certification exam.
Banks says he grew up in the auto glass industry. “My dad had a glass shop,” he says.
When asked why he chose to seek his Master certification, he says, “We felt the certification was representative of my skills.”
Banks has five children. “We enjoy spending time together when I’m not taking care of Jack Morris Auto Glass customers,” he says.
