It also cements my status as a professional in the field of auto glass,” he said as to why he became an AGSC Master Auto Glass Technician.
Gene Nichols, safety coordinator for Richardson Glass Service states that “Jim is a basket case! I mean that in the best way. His drive to do the right thing for quality and safety on every install is infectious to everyone around here.”
Chapman is involved in his community as part of the Rails to Trails Conservancy and Appalachian Trail Conservancy groups. In his spare time, Chapman enjoys bicycling, hiking, kayaking and backpacking.
He is married to his beautiful wife, Lisa Chapman, and is grateful for her constant support. They have three children: a son, Dalton Rollison and two daughters, Cassey Rollison and Caydentz Chapman. Without them, Chapman says he would not be the person he is today.
Chapman is incredibly grateful to all of the people who make up the Richardson Glass Service family and they truly are family to him. Without them, his job would not be as fulfilling as it is. They motivate him to be a better technician while enjoying his work and maintaining a high quality of installations and professionalism.
