Connecticut Committee Passes Emergency Technician Bill

The Connecticut General Assembly General Law Committee passed its own sponsored bill by a vote 18-0, a bill that would permit state auto glass companies to use up to fifteen unlicensed technicians in a declared emergency, as long as their qualifications are substantially similar or higher to those of licensed Connecticut technicians.
