Jonathan Dickerman, advanced mobile diagnostic technician at Sullivan Tire and Auto Service, will lead a static recalibration and share his expertise with attendees.

Dickerman is a leader in calibration and recently shared his knowledge as an expert panelist discussing recalibration at Auto Glass Week™ 2019 in Indianapolis. He is a certified ASE/ACA World Class Technician and has been in the automotive repair industry for 17 years, with seven of those years as the mobile diagnostic technician.

Peter Brown, president of Tiny and Sons Auto Glass of Pembroke, Massachusetts and Auto Glass Safety Council marketing chairman, believes there’s a need for education and to understand the various options available to auto glass professionals.

“At Auto Glass Week, we heard a lot about the various business models for recalibration,” said Brown. “Jonathan and the rest of the panelists laid out what it takes to best serve their clients. I’m excited to bring Jon’s expertise to the CSR’s and business owners in Massachusetts,” stated Brown.
