If AGSC’s newest registered member company were a baby, it wouldn’t even be able to sit up yet. Ashlie and Justin McNabb, the owners of Panhandle Auto Glass, decided not to waste any time before joining AGSC.
The couple founded Panhandle, an Amarillo, Texas-based Company, in January 2026. Justin McNabb was previously a technician at a large, national glass company, but wasn’t satisfied with the level of customer service and quality he could provide there.
Panhandle Auto Glass is also a member of its local chamber of commerce.Together, Ashlie and Justin decided to fill that gap by opening their own business.
“We wanted to prioritize quality and safety, not the number of windshields we could replace in a day,” Ashlie McNabb says.
Joining AGSC is the best way to prove their commitment to proper installation practices, she adds.
“We always explain a windshield’s role in the structural integrity of a vehicle and why it’s important to follow the Automotive Glass Replacement Safety Standard™ (AGRSS),” McNabb says. “Now, we can prove we know what we’re talking about.”
Justin McNabb co-owns Panhandle Auto Glass with his wife, Ashlie McNabb. He is the company’s general manager and technician.Despite being open just under two months, McNabb says business has been “pretty good.”
“We were slow the first few weeks, but it’s picked up a bit now,” she says. “We’re still in the growth stage, and we’re excited to be listed on Safewindshields.org for customers to find us.”
