Ruby Jean Jolliff, the wife of one of the Auto Glass Safety Council’s founders, Carl Jolliff of Jolliff Glass, passed away from COVID-19 November 14, 2020 at Ozarks Medical Center. She was 83 years old.
She was born on December 22, 1936, in West Plains, Mo., to Roy Johnston and Mable McCracken Johnston. On August 12, 1955, she married Carl Jolliff. She loved her husband and was Carl’s special jewel, according to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Jolliff loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Jolliff’s parents; daughter-in-law, Paula Jolliff; brother, Leroy Johnston; and sister, Doris McBride, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband, Carl; children, Ron and (Angie), and Kevin, seven grandchildren, Laura Hodges (Michael), Joe Jolliff, Matt Jolliff (Molly), Sara Mitzelfelt (Ben), Karla Houston, Jerritt Jolliff (Jen), and Shawna Borland (David); thirteen great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Riley, and many nieces and nephews.
