The Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC) will offer live education and training for owners/managers, replacement technicians and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration technicians in Long Island, New York, on Wednesday, March 25, and Thursday, March 26.
AGSC certification training will be available at regional Glass Expos throughout the year.The educational sessions are part of the auto glass track at Glass Expo Northeast™ (GENE), which takes place March 25-26 at the Long Island Marriott in Uniondale. The biannual event features the return of an auto glass track this year, including the following sessions from AGSC:
Wednesday, March 25
- 8-9 a.m. – For Owners and Managers: How to Prepare Your Business for the Future, presented by Jacques Navant (AGSC president) and Peter Brown (AGSC vice-president).
- 9 a.m.-12 p.m. – AGSC Certified Auto Glass Replacement Training and Testing, presented by Jeff Olive (AGSC director of quality and training).
- 12-3 p.m. – AGSC Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Glass Calibration Training & Testing with Jacques Navant.
Thursday, March 26
- 8-10 a.m. – AGSC/NWRD Certified Windshield Repair Training and Testing, presented by Korey Gobin (sales manager for Delta Kits, which is an AGSC associate member).
