ADAS Bill Also Introduced in New Hampshire House

January 10, 2020

An identical version of the controversial Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibration bill recently introduced in the New Hampshire Senate has been introduced in the New Hampshire House.  H 1455 mirrors S 513 and is similar to the bill that passed the New Hampshire legislature last year but was vetoed by Governor Sununu.  The legislation requires insurers to cover OEM repair procedures and for the repairer to meet or exceed OEM specifications and to inform the consumer if calibration is needed and whether it was performed and performed successfully.

Text of the House bill, introduced by Rep. Birdsell, can be found here.
